Medellin has a population of 2'417.325 residents, and is also crowded. Its currency is the Colombian Peso Its economy is principally the textile industry, metal mechanic, electronic, telecomunications, foodstuff and healt.

Medellin has a beatiful landscape with a lot of mountains and forest, with natural parks like Santa Elena park in the east of the city, and a river across the city from north to south

Its weather is warm and ocassionally rainy without seasons. The most interesiting turistics places are the museum of Antioquia, the place of culture Rafael Uribe Uribe The Botero´s park and the theatre Pablo Tobon Uribe.

Now, one of the most interesting things to do in Medellin is visit and meet that turistic places, and I will show you its caracteristics.
The outdoor museum Botero's park, is a beatiful place that have a lot of sculptures made of Master Botero, whit the caracteristics that all of this sculptures are fat. This park is near to parque berrio and a metro's station.
And if you haven't fear of heights, you must go to "Metrocable" that it give you a beatiful aerial view of the metropolitan area. The metrocable is an aerial medium of public transport, that let you go to the neigborhood called "Santodomingo" and another metrocable let you go to the Arví park.
But, if you aren't interesting in the cosmopilitan part of the city but in the landscape or campestral part of city, you must go to Arví park (If in the metrocable line better!) and see the "Flora" and "Fauna" of this city called to "the city of the eternal spring" and its most important fest is about flowers.
